• The application form for student discounted rate must be submitted together with the abstract. The application form must also be approved and signed by the supervisor. A copy of student ID card must be attached. After committees’ consideration, the student will receive the approval email, and the payment can then be processed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Requests for cancellation/refunds must be submitted via email to info@irap2026.com by 25 September 2026 to be eligible for reimbursement. Refund requests after 25 September 2026 will not be honored. There will be a 3000 THB processing fee for all refunds. All approved refunds will be issued after IRaP2026 and before February 2027. 

Substitution with a colleague would be possible.

Requests for substitution must be submitted via email to info@irap2026.com by 25 September 2027.

LIABILITY

The organizing committees and all committees of the IRaP2026 shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered participants of IRaP2026.
